Matthew S. Farmer, M.D., received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology summa cum laude in 2007 from the University of Georgia. In 2011 he received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine. Dr. Farmer completed his residency in Internal Medicine in June 2014 through the Georgia Regents University Internal Medicine Residency Program at Georgia Regents Medical Center. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
He and his wife, Laura, have two daughters, Riley, 3, and Scottie, 1. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Farmer enjoys golf, playing guitar, running, fly fishing and hunting.
